Need an Absentee Ballot? Following the Steps Below

1. Download and comnplete this form

2. Mail form along with a copy of your Photo ID to: City Clerk - 225 Main Street - Mosinee WI 54455

OR

3. Email form along with a copy of your Photo ID to: clerks@mosinee.wi.us

OR

4. Fax form along with a copy of your Photo ID to: 715-693-1324

OR

5. Stop at City Hall between the hours of 8:00am thru 4:00pm - Monday thru Friday with your form and your Photo ID
