Welcome to our crime prevention page. The easiest crime to catch is one that never happens at all. We pride ourselves as working to the goal of reducing crime through education and safety precautions. Here are some of our programs.

D.A.R.E.

D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) is a program geared toward keeping kids off drugs. More information can be found at the D.A.R.E. Web Site.

Gun Lock Program

Mosinee provides gun locks to the community to decrease accidental death and injury from firearms.*

*Supplies may be limited.

Going on Vacation?

You are welcome to call the Mosinee Police Department when you are leaving for vacation or will be out of town. The Mosinee Police Department will check your residence while you are gone to ensure there has been no suspicious activity, break-ins, or other emergency situations.
