First Time Home Buyers

The following loans may be available to you through the City of Mosinee:

Funds to rehabilitate homes that are owner occupied at a 0% Interest rate loan in which monthly payments are not required for as long as you own and reside in your home.

Funds for landlords to rehabilitate their rental units that are occupied by income eligible families at a 0% interest rate loan to be repaid in 3 to 7 years.

Funds for first-time homebuyers, the City has money for the down payment, closing costs and the rehabilitation of purchased homes.

All homes or rental units must be located within the limits of the City of Mosinee.
