BRUCE R. JAMROZ
Bruce joined the City of Mosinee in October 1996 as the Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. He has served as City Clerk since April 1999 and City Treasurer since May 2006.
In his role as City Clerk, Bruce oversees a range of responsibilities including serving as the webmaster for the City website, managing elections, maintaining City records, ordinances, resolutions, meeting minutes, and agendas, issuing building permits, handling accounts payable, collecting taxes, managing payroll, overseeing liquor and operators' licenses, and performing general office duties. As City Treasurer, he is responsible for the City's financial records and accounts.
A lifelong resident of the Mosinee area, Bruce holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Southwest Minnesota State University.
Bruce is an active member of several professional and community organizations, including the Wisconsin Municipal Clerks Association, the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, and is an owner/shareholder of the Green Bay Packers. He is also a founding member and Treasurer of the Mosinee Community Athletic Association, a founding member and former Treasurer of the Mosinee Area Action Club, and the founder and former executive director of the Mosinee Alumni Basketball Tournament. He is a member of Peace United Church of Christ in Schofield and a Notary Public. Additionally, Bruce holds certifications as a Certified Municipal Treasurer in Wisconsin, a Certified Municipal Clerk through the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, and a Wisconsin Certified Municipal Clerk.
In his free time, Bruce enjoys coaching softball, basketball, and volleyball, as well as watching and attending Green Bay Packers games, Milwaukee Bucks and Brewers games, and Wisconsin Badgers events. He also enjoys golfing and snowmobiling.
